Marcus Gray



Marcus Gray is Director of Audubon International’s Conservation Initiatives, where he facilitates landscape-level environmental stewardship on the world’s golf courses. He is the manager of the organization’s Monarchs In The Rough, Raptor Relocation Network and BioBlitz initiatives. Previously, Gray was the inaugural Executive Director for the North American Butterfly Association where he served on the Steering Committee of the Monarch Joint Venture. Marcus has over eight years of experience administering grant programs such as water quality grants, including Regional Conservation Partnership Program funding through NFWF and TMDL through the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. Gray earned a M.S. degree in Wildlife Science from South Dakota State University and a B.S. in Wildlife Conservation from Maine’s Unity College.
