Bill Garcia

Garcia began as counsel to various Fortune 500 companies during contract negotiations in 1997. He sits at-the-table in many negotiations and also provides client driven, customized, negotiation training to organizations worldwide (45+ countries, 6 continents) . Garcia’s corporate career experience culminated at a Vice President of Sales and Marketing position. His entrepreneurial experience includes being Founder and Board Member of a Business-to-Business Global Sourcing Company, as well as several other smaller LLP ventures. Garcia has demonstrated experience in idea generation, capital raising, business development, executive level team building and execution. Garcia is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese. He holds a Master of International Management (MBA) from world renowned “Thunderbird”. He’s active in his church and community, sits on the board of Kindway, a Columbus OH non-profit providing assistance to those whose lives have been impacted by incarceration. He’s also served as a justice for the Moot Court of the American Bar Association, Negotiation Competition. When not negotiating Bill is an avid golfer and bird hunter and has been known to travel great distances for either challenge.
