The 3 Bs - The Basic, The Bargaining and The Buying Game

This session will cover the skills necessary for setting higher expectations and the planning necessary to achieve those expectations. Attendees will learn a simple, repeatable, framework around trading concessions, a fundamental part of all negotiations. In closing, the audience will be taken through a discussion around the clues buyers inadvertently give off that show sellers where they stand in the selection process.
