A positive work environment leads to better employee satisfaction and retention. This session will provide attendees with the principles of practicing mindfulness, which will improve their overall work/life balance, and enhance the ability to be a better leader in the workplace. Participants will walk away with an understanding of how to:
• Implement teambuilding practices to create a better atmosphere for employees
• Embrace and engage millennials in the workplace
• Use mindfulness and relaxation techniques to manage daily stressors
