More about drayage
Drayage fees vary in range depending on the trade show location and are based on the weight of
an exhibitor’s booth. Because it can be difficult to estimate/budget for drayage from year to year,
it is included in your space fee. Most trade shows do not include this service in their booth space fee, and we offer it to you to help ensure a successful event. Please see drayage and shipping instructions (sections 14-15) of the terms and conditions for more information about drayage fees.
