For over 20 years, Jamie Taylor has worked in the golf industry. She is the CEO/Owner of JT Mobile Training, has an MBA from Gannon University, certified in Customer-Driven Marketing by Cornell University, and is an LPGA Class A Teaching and Club Professional. Taylor has worked closely with several GCSAA members and learned of opportunities for membership growth at each of her facilities.
Taylor used that knowledge to create CARE (Customer Awareness, Retention, and Engagement) Training, a tool that she wished was available to her when she was a head golf professional. "As a head golf professional, I was accustomed to just accepting new customers as they walked through the door. When I was charged to grow our women's market for our eight golf courses, I had to find ways to reach out to the community and look for people who weren't even sure they wanted to play golf. It was this process that taught me that growing my female market required looking beyond the obvious. This was the key to bringing over 100 new women to our courses in just one year!"
