The golf industry is facing a major problem and only you can fix it! More than half of non-golfers anticipate that in visiting a golf course will be an unpleasant experience according to a research study conducted by the National Golf Foundation. Good news is that you can take the steps to fix this problem by making a welcoming environment and educating golf facility employees by using the principles of “CARE” Customer, Awareness, Retention, and Engagement training.
