The golf industry is facing a major problem and only you can fix it! More than half of non-golfers anticipate that in visiting a golf course will be an unpleasant experience according to a research study conducted by the National Golf Foundation. Good news is that you can take the steps to fix this problem by making a welcoming environment and educating golf facility employees by using the principles of “CARE” Customer, Awareness, Retention, and Engagement training.

Attendees will learn how to: 

  • Improve business relationships and customer service satisfaction at your golf course
  • Understand and broaden awareness of social diversity and barriers that impact how you communicate with all audiences (i.e. members, staff, etc.)
  • Develop an action plan to engage, attract and retain a diverse membership base
