Did you know Google Drive can keep all your shop records in one place accessible anytime, anywhere? This seminar will provide a basic overview of Google Drive pertaining to the organization methods of shop information and how to increase efficiency in record keeping processes.
Attendees will need to have access to a G-mail account, and bring a laptop, or tablet in order to have the full ability to participate in this seminar onsite at GIS and learn how to:
- Create Sheets and Forms in Google Drive from start to finish
- Upload and categorize service, shop, and manual information
- Generate and use QR Codes to access files and information
