Monday, Feb. 8 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 9 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 10 6 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, Feb. 11 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 12 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Registration handling

Golf Industry Show registration is processed by GCSAA.

Credential mailing

Credentials will be mailed to all registrants in the United States, Guam, Canada and Mexico for all registrations received and fully paid by 5 pm CST, Friday, Jan. 8, 2010. Credentials for registrations received after 5 pm CST, Friday, Jan. 8, must be picked up in the badge pick-up booth in the registration area in the San Diego Convention Center during registration hours.

All credentials for registrants from countries other than the U.S. (including Guam), Canada and Mexico will be available in the same area on site.

Cancellation requests

Cancellation requests must be in writing and received by Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010, to be eligible for a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for any cancellations. After Jan. 21, no refunds will be made.

Special refund note: If your credentials have been mailed at the time of your cancellation, you must return them before any refund will be issued. Please call GCSAA at 800-472-7878 for further details.
