Media registration for the 2010 Golf Industry Show

Eligibility

Media credentials will be issued to working personnel of recognized news services, publications, outlets, and media/public relations officials only. If registering on site, media personnel must register and show proof as working media or media representative at the time of registration. After registration is complete, media personnel will have access to the Media Center on site. We reserve the right to request proof of journalistic employment. Credentials are non-transferable.

How to register

Online registration has closed.

Media may register on site in the registration area at the San Diego Convention Center beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 8 (see registration hours). If registering on site, media personnel must show proof as working media or media representative at the time of registration. After registration is complete, media personnel will have access to the Media Center.

Credential mailing

Credentials will be mailed to all registrants in the United States, Guam, Canada and Mexico for all registrations received and fully paid by 5 pm CST, Friday, Jan. 8, 2010. Credentials for registrations received after 5 pm CST, Friday, Jan. 8, must be picked up in the badge pick-up booth in the registration area in the San Diego Convention Center during registration hours.

All credentials for registrants from countries other than the U.S. (including Guam), Canada and Mexico will be available in the same area on site.

Distribution of Contact Information

To facilitate communication between attendees and exhibitors, your contact information, including email address, will be provided to the exhibitors that you permit to scan your badge. In addition, the Golf Industry Show offers pre- and post-event labels, and email addresses are not included in the information provided.
