Directory Listing Deadline:
Oct. 30
Complete your 2008 Golf Industry Show space contract by Oct.30, and submit with payment, in order to be listed in the onsite directory.

Booth Space Balance Due:
Oct. 31
If you have signed up to exhibit prior to Oct. 31, you will receive an invoice for your remaining balance.  Full payment is required for any exhibiting company signing up after Oct. 31.

Move-In:
Monday, Jan. 28 – Wednesday, Jan. 30
A targeted move-in floor plan will be available in your Exhibitor Service Kit, mailing early October.  Move-in is staggered based upon the size of your booth and your location on the show floor.  The Exhibitor Service Kit and the targeted move-in floor plan will also be available online in October.

Golf Industry Show:
Thursday, Jan. 31 – Saturday, Feb. 2

Move-Out:
Saturday, Feb. 2 – Sunday, Feb. 3
Move-out will begin promptly at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2.  No teardown is permitted before 2 p.m. on Saturday.

At 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Freeman will begin removing the aisle carpet and will begin returning empty crates.  This process can take up to 5 hours.  Please plan accordingly.

Please encourage your carrier to check in at the Marshalling Yard by noon on Saturday.  A line forms early.

Your carrier must be checked into the Marshalling Yard by noon on Sunday.

All move-out must be completed by noon on Sunday, Feb. 3.
