The Networking Parks provide the perfect places for attendees to relax, enjoy comfortable seating and meet with colleagues—all without leaving the exhibit halls. Attendees will make these parks a destination for gatherings with their facility team, peers, or to conduct quick meetings with exhibitors. The three parks are conveniently located at either end of the level one trade show floor in the Golf Course Solutions and Range and Outdoor Facility Solutions segments, and another within the Clubhouse Solutions segment on level two.
You now have the opportunity to make one or all of these areas your own with a unique and limited branding opportunity. Golf Industry Show Management will work with you to create an experience on the show floor that will showcase your brand like no other.
As a Networking Park sponsor, you have the ability to make a meaningful and lasting impression on attendees away from your booth space. The options for customization are varied, but would include the opportunity to place a piece of equipment within the park as a display. In addition to the equipment as a centerpiece to the space, large signage will hang high above to draw attendees to the area. The signage will include your logo and the Networking Park name will include your company name. That same branded name will be utilized in all communications about the park, including in attendee newsletters, GCM, and the on the trade show map. As an added branding touch, Golf Industry Show Management will use custom carpet in the space that matches the official company color palate. This will give a true sense that the space is yours.
Golf Industry Show Management places a variety of amenities in each of the parks to entice the attendee and have them experience relaxed luxury. Each area will feature a satellite internet kiosk (currently sponsored by DuPont) so attendees can catch up on email, the latest on GCSAA.tv, or other news. Networking pods are positioned to facilitate meetings and conversations, or simply to relax and take a load off. There is also a possibility of once again having the popular Hydration Stations so that attendees can replenish from their travels to and from your booth. It’s all designed to be appealing and relaxing for attendees and exhibitors alike to soak in your messaging and marketing.
