The 2011 Golf Industry Show in Orlando will close in style on Thursday afternoon, Feb. 10, with the Show Floor Happy Hour.
Show Floor Happy Hour will ensure attendees are on the floor through the end of the show and provide a relaxed and casual atmosphere to finalize sales, generate leads and entertain clients and prospects. The event will feature several bars spread across the trade show floor. Companies can sponsor a bar and/or purchase drink tickets to disperse to customers.
In addition, use one of these ideas to create an exciting event and encourage attendees to visit your booth:
Networking ParksThe Networking Parks provide the perfect places for attendees to relax, enjoy comfortable seating and meet with colleagues — all without leaving the exhibit hall. Attendees will make these parks a destination for gatherings with their facility team, peers, or to conduct quick meetings with exhibitors. The two parks are conveniently located across the trade show floor.
You now have the opportunity to make one or all of these areas your own with a unique and limited branding opportunity. The options for customization are varied, but would include the opportunity to place a piece of equipment within the park as a display. In addition, large signage with your logo and the words "Networking Park" will hang high above to draw attendees to the area. That same branded treatment will be used in all communications about the park, including in attendee newsletters, in GCM and on the trade show map. As an added touch, you can choose the carpet color you prefer to give you a true sense that the space is yours.
The parks also feature a variety of amenities to entice the attendee and have them experience relaxed luxury. Each area will feature a satellite internet kiosk (currently sponsored by DuPont) so attendees can catch up on email or other news. Networking pods are also positioned to facilitate meetings and conversations, or simply to relax and take a load off.
Always one of the most popular services available at the show, the Internet Cafés provide convenient e-mail and Internet access. Sponsorship of the Internet Café will provide you with tremendous exposure throughout the Golf Industry Show with an estimation of between 3,000 and 4,000 visitors.
Satellite cafés: Have your company logo, tagline, message or booth number displayed on three computer terminals in satellite café areas and kiosk signage. Don't miss this opportunity for greater exposure on the trade show floor.
Materials deadline: Dec. 2010
International Resource CenterA popular service available to international attendees is the International Resource Center, which gives these attendees a place to relax, connect with acquaintances and enjoy refreshments. The center is staffed with a multi-lingual interpreter and visited by an estimated 1,800 attendees during the week. Don't miss this opportunity for tremendous exposure.
Materials deadline: Oct. 2010
Put your name in the hands of each and every attendee. We will put your company name/logo on 5,000 pens that are placed in registration, attendee resource areas and throughout the convention center.
