Hotel door hangs

Leave a lasting impression with more than 2,000 GCSAA attendees as a sponsor of the hotel door hangs. You pick the time and date, and we will hang your message on each GCSAA attendees' door. Let your message be the first thing they see before they check into their room or head to the show floor. With a door hang sponsorship, you can advertise your latest product, publish your booth number or have GCSAA attendees bring it with them to your booth to win prizes. Whichever you choose, you can be sure that GCSAA attendees will take notice.

Room keys

Be seen at check-in and every time GCSAA attendees enter their rooms with this high-visibility sponsorship. Your customized message will be imprinted on the hotel key cards used by GCSAA qualified buyers.

Shuttle bus wrapsShuttle bus wraps

This will be a highly visible sponsorship throughout the convention area as your message appears on the shuttle buses that transport attendees to and from the convention center and their hotels.

The packages:

  • Design support, pre-production proofs and production of signs
  • Installation and removal labor
  • Shipping and taxes
  • Vendor advance and on-site coordination to ensure signs are installed on correct motorcoaches that are running on the shuttle.

Package upgrades available:

  • Extra set of artwork for each sponsor (to create different banners within same package)
  • Side panel added to other side of motorcoaches (two banners per vehicle)
  • Back panel on vehicle

Place your company name and logo front and center by becoming a sponsor of the Golf Industry Show shuttle bus headrests. The motorcoaches will transport attendees to and from the convention center and deliver thousands of impressions!

Attendee bag inserts

Put your company's marketing message directly "in the bag" of every qualified buyer at the Golf Industry Show. The registration bags will be available to approximately 8,000 to 10,000 qualified buyers, and will be carried all week at the convention center. Inserts must be pre-approved by Golf Industry Show Management.
