Booth cost and included services

Cost

$23 per square foot

What comes with my booth?

  • Five complimentary badges for every 100 square feet of booth space (not to exceed 300 badges)
  • Material handling/drayage – movement of your items from the dock to your booth prior to the show, and from your booth to the dock after the show. Drayage is the movement of show materials from the shipping dock to the exhibitor’s booth for show set-up and back to the dock for return shipment at the end of the show.  This is included in the exhibitor’s space fee and available to all exhibitors displaying at the 2011 Golf Industry Show.
  • For linear, peninsula and perimeter booths, an identification sign listing your company name, booth number, city and state
  • For linear, peninsula and perimeter booths, pipe and drape backdrops and side rails
  • Drayage – drayage fees vary in range depending on the show location and are based on the weight of an exhibitor’s booth. In some instances, drayage can cost as much or more than an exhibitor’s booth space fee. Golf Industry Show Management currently bundles drayage into the booth space fee which saves the exhibitor a significant amount of money and provides a value benefit versus other shows. Learn More
  • Corporate Suites – Clients participating in the Partner Recognition Program are offered the use of complimentary private meetings rooms off the show floor.
  • New Product Showcase – Exhibitors have an opportunity to gain exposure outside of their booth space. Participation in the NPS includes their company name with new product listing online as well as an onsite display cube and sign front and center on the trade show floor. This is a high traffic area of the show floor as attendees are interested in seeing what is new in the industry.
  • Interactive areas – Various interactive areas across the show floor let exhibitors relax, network with colleagues or attendees, check email and learn of design, construction and recreational resources available in the industry.
  • Exhibitor Business Lounge & Buyer/Seller Marketplace – Exhibitors can relax or conduct meetings in complimentary, semi-private meeting rooms. In addition, trade show management is available during show hours to assist with any questions or needs.
  • Booth number stickers – Each booth receives 1-2 booth number stickers placed in the aisle outside their booth to aid attendees in navigating the show floor and finding the exhibitor(s) they are looking to connect with.
  • Green initiative – Exhibitors have the opportunity to donate usable materials at the conclusion of the event that otherwise might have been thrown away or created additional shipping fees to send home. These donations benefit the local community and are an ecologically sound and responsible recycling/reuse effort.
  • Exhibitor listing – Exhibitors have their company name, contact information and website listed in the Onsite Directory (if contract and payment are received by the end of October each year) which is a valuable reference tool for attendees both during and after the event. In addition, every exhibitor is listed in the online search function of www.golfindustryshow.com.
  • My Planner – This interactive technology allows attendees to search the show by exhibitor, product or keyword. They are then able to map their route across the trade show floor and/or schedule appointments with exhibitors before ever leaving home!
  • Attendee e-portal – Exhibitors who rent a lead retrieval machine receive additional exposure after the event as attendees receive their personalized list of booth visits via email. This e-portal creates a customized web page for each attendee and includes company contact information and a link to the company website.
  • Freeman Concierge Elite – Customer service is brought directly to the exhibitor’s booth with Concierge EliteSM. Using a PC or Smartphone, exhibitors can access booth information and interact with the Exhibitor Service Desk via the Concierge Elite portal on the Freeman website.
  • Exhibitor Invites – A free and easy tool for exhibitors to upload their contact lists with a third-party bonded email distribution service, and send out up to three strategically designed, customized invitations to their customers and prospects. Exhibitors log into a secure site to upload their lists, and those lists are never shared with show management. Then they can customize, preview and approve a series of three html emails that include their booth number, logo, personalized text, product photos, and special offers.

In 20-30 minutes, they have created a campaign of three emails that will be sent to their customer and prospect list. It makes them look good because it can include a special offer, and it reminds their customers and prospects that they will be at the show and what booth number they are in. Plus, they can include other personalized text about their participation in the show (giveaways, new products, etc.).
  • Smart Phone event app – Smart phone app—Golf Industry Show Connection - To enhance attendees’ overall Conference and Show experience, they can now download a custom application to their Smart phone! This includes creation of a personal planner that organizes the week’s activities including: education sessions/seminars, interactive trade show floor maps, social media interaction, business lunches, dinners and meetings. In addition, download and view brochures from exhibitors on the go. The application features an interactive capability for attendees to create or update their My Planner schedule on the fly, and keep all Conference and Show information organized the way they want and conveniently in one place. Plus, there is a button to access Orlando destination spots and local merchant coupons and discounts which help reduce expenses.

For exhibitors, the new Smart Phone application offers you a new platform to engage attendees. Whether they are existing clients or potential customers, your booth will stand out through advertising opportunities with this innovative technology.
