Exhibit space cost
All exhibit space is $23.50 per square foot for contracts received or postmarked by June 15, 2012, and $24 per square foot for contracts received after June 15.
Payment info
Golf Industry Show management will accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, cash or money order. If you pay for your exhibit space by check, cash or money order, you will receive a $.50 discount per square foot.
Additional information
Minimum booth size is 100 square feet, and second-story space is $5 per square foot. Please note that there is a $250 corner fee for all corner booths in linear areas.

- Badges
Five complimentary badges for every 100 square feet of booth
space (not to exceed 300 badges)
- Signage
For linear, peninsula and perimeter booths, an identification
sign listing your company name, booth number, city and state
- Backdrop, side rails
For linear, peninsula and perimeter booths, pipe and drape backdrops
and side rails
- Booth number stickers
Each booth receives 1-2 booth number stickers placed in the aisle to help attendees identify your booth.
- Drayage
Your show site
drayage costs are covered by show management. Golf Industry Show Management currently bundles drayage into the booth space fee, which saves you a significant amount of money and provides a valuable benefit vs. other shows.

Exhibitor amenities
- Freeman Concierge Elite
Using a PC or smartphone, access your booth information and interact with the Exhibitor Service Desk via the Concierge Elite portal on the Freeman website.
- Exhibitor Business Lounge & Buyer/Seller Marketplace
Relax or conduct meetings in complimentary, semi-private meeting rooms. In addition, trade show management is available during show hours to assist with any questions or needs.
- Interactive areas
Various interactive areas across the show floor give you a place to relax, network with colleagues or attendees, check email and learn about design, construction and recreational resources available in the industry.
- Corporate suites
Clients participating in the Partner Recognition Program are offered the use of complimentary private meetings rooms off the show floor.
- Green initiative
Donate usable materials at the end of the event that otherwise might be thrown away or cost additional shipping fees to send home. These donations benefit the local community and are an ecologically sound and responsible recycling/reuse effort.
Marketing opportunities
- New Product Showcase
Take advantage of the opportunity to gain exposure outside of your booth space. Participation in the NPS includes a display area and sign front and center on the trade show floor.
- Exhibitor listing
Your company name, contact information and website are listed in the Golf Industry Show Directory (if contract and payment are received by Oct. 31 of each year), which is a valuable reference tool for attendees both during and after the event. In addition, every exhibitor is listed in the online search function of golfindustryshow.com.
- My Planner
This interactive technology allows attendees to search the show by exhibitor, product or keyword. As an exhibitor, you also have several options to upgrade your listing and gain greater exposure.
- Golf Industry Show Connection phone app
The phone app puts the show in attendees' hands with an interactive floor plan, event schedule, personal calendar, Twitter stream and more. It also includes opportunities for exhibitors, such as uploading handouts, or purchasing alerts and advertising.
What is not included in the cost of my booth?
- Carpet or floor covering is REQUIRED for your booth, but is
not included. You can rent carpet from Freeman, the show's official decorator, or bring your own.
- Any furnishings (tables, chairs, etc.) can be ordered from Freeman,
or you can bring your own.
- Any utilities (electricity, water, phone, Internet, etc.) must
be ordered separately.
- Any audiovisual needs can be ordered from PSAV (formerly AVHQ), the show's official
provider
- Additional services, such as lead retrieval, floral, security,
photography, can be ordered from the official contractors.
More about drayage
Drayage fees vary in range depending on the show location are based on the weight of an exhibitor's booth. Because it can be
difficult to estimate/budget for drayage from year to year, it is included in your space fee.
Below is a chart detailing what drayage would cost with varying weights of
freight based on rates for the 2012 Las Vegas event. In some instances, drayage would cost as much or more than an exhibitor's booth space fee.
