Trent Manning


Born in North Georgia, Trent Manning has remained close to home as equipment manager at both Ansley and Settindown Creek Golf Club. Manning earned certificates in small engines, electrical and reel theory from Gwinnett Technical College then worked for a Toro Distributor where he was a mobile service technician. Manning has been in the golf equipment industry for over 21 years. He helps his local chapter, GGCSA, develop equipment manager training seminars, has completed GCSAA’s TETCP Level 1 and also serves on the equipment managers task group for GCSAA. Manning received first place prize from the CMAA for designing and fabricating a mobile water trailer that is used to water small areas on the golf course. He is a past presenter at the Golf Industry Show and is GCSAA’s 2018 Most Valuable Technician Award winner.
