Show Management reserves the right to stop any product demonstration
on the show floor that is determined by show management to be a
safety hazard. Examples: grinding machines without proper safety
shields, dangerous use of log splitters or hydraulic equipment.
- All aisles
and exits must be kept clear and unobstructed.
- All motorized
vehicles and gasoline-powered equipment for display shall have
batteries disconnected, have fuel supplies of 1 gallon or less
in tank, and be furnished with locking gas caps or caps sealed
- No liquid
propane tanks, empty or filled, are authorized to be stored in
the building. No gasoline or other type of fuel-operated motor
may be demonstrated inside the exhibit during the trade show.
- Fire extinguishers,
fire hoses and sprinkler closets must be visible and accessible
at all times.
- Areas enclosed
by solid walls and ceilings must be provided with approved smoke
cartons or packing materials may not be stored in the booth area.
- For safety
and insurance reasons, children under 18 years of age are allowed
in the exhibit halls during exhibition hours ONLY and must be
accompanied by an adult. Please share this policy with all company
employees to avoid uncomfortable situations on site.
