Golf Industry Show Management cannot and will not intervene in any legal disputes between exhibitors. "Legal disputes" is defined as any action in litigation, pending litigation or contemplated litigation, inclusive of, but not limited to, disputes arising from:
Only bona fide court orders, properly served on Golf Industry Show Management, mandating show management to take action will enable show management to act in exact accordance with the terms of such order.
Court orders served upon exhibitors cannot and will not be enforced by show management. Only the court issuing such order is empowered to enforce such order. Court orders mandating a court-appointed official to carry out a court order at the Golf Industry Show will be carried out by such court-appointed officials, not by show management.
For the service of court orders at the show site, Golf Industry Show Management will require the following procedures be followed to minimize the potential disturbance and to continue the smooth operation of the show:
Exhibitors who unreasonably request, demand, harass, or in any way attempt to persuade Golf Industry Show Management to act in any manner which is contrary to and inconsistent with the policy stated herein, may be either removed from the Golf Industry Show at show management's sole discretion or may be denied the ability to exhibit at future Golf Industry Shows at show management's sole discretion. Show management encourages all exhibitors to handle legal disputes either prior to or subsequent to the Golf Industry Show. The Golf Industry Show is an inappropriate forum for such disputes to take place.
