Using the Golf Industry
Show Online Floor Plan
We are pleased to feature an updated version of our online floor plan, with even more convenient and easy to use tools to help you prepare for your time on the show floor.
The Golf Industry Show online floor plan is real-time and updated daily as booths are assigned. The tools will allow you to view the overall floor layout and the locations of the exhibiting companies, search by product category, create your own personal My Expo floor layout and much more.
Please note the following
- The show floor in Orlando is segmented by product
category
- Exhibitors showcasing golf course solutions can be found in Halls A3 – D1. This area is shaded green on the online floor plan, and will feature green aisle carpet onsite.
- Exhibitors showcasing clubhouse, range and outdoor facility solutions can be found in Halls A1 and A2. The clubhouse solutions area is shaded gray on the online floor plan, and will feature gray aisle carpet onsite. The range and outdoor facility solutions area is shaded blue on the online floor plan, and will feature blue aisle carpet onsite.
- The color coding will also be carried through onsite on the aisle signs.
Below are a few tips for successfully navigating the show floor and finding the vendors you plan to visit using the online floor plan. Chart your course before arriving at the Golf Industry Show in January.
Getting started
- Open the online floor plan.
- There will be a list of product categories and a list of exhibitors at the top left.
- Check the box next to the item you wish to locate, select the locate button, and those items will be highlighted with a yellow circle on the floor plan below.
- Select the clear button to conduct a new search.

Browsing the event by
- Listing exhibitors alphabetically.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, below the large floor plan and click on the Alpha List option under Browse Exhibitors. Return to the floor plan by clicking on View Floor Plan under Browse Exhibitors.
- Listing exhibitors by product category.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, below the large floor plan and click on the Category List option under Browse Exhibitors. Return to the floor plan by clicking on View Floor Plan under Browse Exhibitors.
- Listing exhibitors by featured exhibitor special lists.
- Viewing exhibitors saved to My Expo.

Searching for exhibitors
- By product category.
- By keyword – company (exhibitor) name, contact name, contact e-mail, Web address.
- By exhibitor name.
- By booth number.
- The search will return results that contain the search term. For example, the search term “ate” is contained in “ate”, “state”, “whatever” and “greatest”.
- The search is not case sensitive.
- The company description is not activated at this time.

Navigating the floor plan
- The floor plan navigation controls provide pan and zoom controls as well as a variety of controls that allow you to select the information that you wish to “overlay” on the floor plan image.
- Locate exhibitors, products or services by checking off the exhibitors, products or services in the list that you are interested in and click the Locate button.
- All of the exhibitors in the selected categories will be highlighted on the floor plan.
- Click the Clear button to clear the selection.
- Click on the “plus” sign to zoom in on the floor plan and click the “minus” sign to zoom out.
- There will be a thumbnail of the floor layout at the top of the page.
- When the drawing is magnified, the thumbnail will display a “grid” and highlight the current position on the drawing.
- Click on a grid cell to jump directly to that part of the drawing.
- Move left, right, up and down using the buttons found to the left, right, top and bottom of the large floor plan, or by clicking on another section of the thumbnail at the top.
- Overlay the booth title, booth number, booth status and My Expo functions when viewing the floor plan.
- Hold the mouse over any booth and a fly-over will appear with the title of the booth if it is sold or “available” if it is not sold.
- Click on the booth for more information about the company occupying the space.
- When the floor plan navigation mechanism is active, the search panel that is normally displayed at the top of the screen is moved to the bottom. This facilitates a smoother transition between Web pages as you navigate the show floor.

My Expo
- This tool makes it easy for you to manage a list of exhibitors with whom you are interested.
- My Expo identifies those exhibitors with a pushpin icon on both lists and on views of the floor plan.
- Create your My Expo account by scrolling to the bottom of the page, below the large floor plan, and clicking on Login under My Expo.
- If you are a new My Expo user, click on Create Account Now.
- Enter your information and click save.
- If you are a returning My Expo user, enter your e-mail address (user name) and password.
- Be sure to jot down your password and keep in a secure place for future reference.
- If you forget your password, My Expo will give you a password hint (determined by you during the My Expo registration process).
- You can modify your My Expo profile at any time by logging in to your account, returning to the My Expo login form and selecting “Update your My Expo profile”.
- Adding exhibitors to My Expo is simply a matter of clicking the check box next to any exhibitor displayed from any exhibitor list screen.

Printing the floor plan
- You can print the floor plan from any view by clicking on the printer icon located on the toolbar below the thumbnail.
- To view and print your My Expo layout, click on the My Expo box below the floor plan thumbnail and then print.
