Clubhouse Solutions
As the center focus of the Clubhouse Solutions Center, Information Central—powered by CMAA—was staffed by CMAA representatives and was able to answer attendee questions, disburse information and assist in locating vendors, products and services on the trade show floor. Attendees were also able to obtain one of 20 Solutions Challenge stamps to complete their scorecard.
Adjacent to Information Central was a networking lounge with a live, electronic discussion forum. Several questions pertaining to golf course, facility and club management were submitted by association members prior to the opening of the trade show. These questions were viewable on a plasma screen in the Clubhouse Solutions Center and attendees were able to electronically present their solutions at computers stationed in the area.
The outer perimeter of the solution center focused on Business Intelligence products and services. Business Intelligence revolves around concepts and methods that improve business decision making by using fact-based support systems. Seven companies (see below) participated in a display that showcased products that improve near and long-term business decision making, provide predictive data to support strategic planning and those that allow club operations to be benchmarked against key performance indicators.
